Anthony keeps your construction projects moving forward when disputes arise before construction is completed. As a trial and construction lawyer, he is pro-active to prevent roadblocks in your planning and construction while implementing strategic and effective solutions to resolve current and foreseen issues. He represents owners, contractors, developers, architects, engineers, project managers, manufacturers, suppliers, insurers and lenders relative to various aspects of the construction industry. Anthony became particularly interested in the area of construction law as a young lawyer practicing in San Diego while working on a large number of construction lawsuits. He enjoyed learning about the different issues that arise on construction projects and has since greatly expanded his practice in the area of construction law. He is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry as well as the Iowa State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.

Anthony’s “Why”

Anthony and his wife, Ellen, have two children. In his free time, Anthony enjoys traveling (he makes frequent trips to Lake Okoboji, Iowa) and watching sports. In particular, he is a loyal Chicago Cubs fan! Go Cubs Go! Anthony is also heavily involved in supporting the music community as he serves on the Sioux City Symphony’s Board of Directors.
