Kristopher earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of South Dakota. In addition to his legal practice, he is an active member of the South Dakota Bar Association, the American Bar Association.
While in law school Kristopher served as an editor on the South Dakota Law Review and graduated in the top of his class. He also worked in the University’s Tax Law clinic helping individuals with their tax disputes with the IRS and other tax related issues. After law school, Kris had the privilege to serve as law clerk for Chief Justice Steven Jensen of the South Dakota Supreme Court before entering private practice. Kris has worked as in-house counsel in the tech industry making him acutely aware of the legal issues and concerns in that industry.

Kristopher’s “Why”
Kristopher enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy, their three children (Henry, Elena, and Benjamin), and their German Shepherds (Ayla and Tank). Kris is also an amateur blacksmith and works on projects in my home forge. He also enjoys cycling, training as a powerlifter, playing guitar/listening to music, cooking, and reading.
