Henricks is a distinguished trial attorney known for his extensive and varied background in both the legal field and the U.S. Army. His impressive career includes roles such as a federal criminal judge, lecturer in trial advocacy, general counsel, prosecutor in a high-profile capital murder case, civil and appellate litigator, in-house insurance counsel, and special assistant U.S. attorney.

He has also contributed to the field of law through his publications in the American Intelligence Journal and the Military Law Review, demonstrating his deep knowledge of national security and litigation issues.
