Jeana Goosmann, CEO & Managing Partner of the Goosmann Law Firm, is pleased to announce that longtime Sioux City litigation attorney Paul Lundberg has joined the firm at their Sioux City, Iowa office location. As a Trial Attorney, Lundberg has 41 years of legal experience having practiced law in Sioux City since 1981. He operated a solo practice for the past 20 years.
Lundberg has litigated over 100 cases to verdict in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota state and federal courts. He is a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the Iowa and Woodbury County Bar associations.

Lundberg’s notable cases include representing a manufacturer in libel action against a national television network with a verdict of $1.5 million. Lundberg served as Co-Counsel in a lawsuit involving construction defects in a grain storage facility that reached a $2.2 million settlement. He also served as Co-counsel in a wrongful death action from a fertilizer plant explosion that reached a $1.8 million settlement.
Lundberg received his Juris Doctor with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law. Prior to his schooling he served in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1974 as a Rank E-5 Staff Sergeant. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa. Lundberg’s areas of practice include litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, premises liability, construction defect, insurance claims, product liability, professional liability, breach of contract, telecommunications, employment and civil rights.
