Cesar A. Juarez

Bilingual Problem Solver

Spanish Speaking Sioux Falls Lawyer

Cesar Juarez is a bilingual problem solver. As one of a handful of fluent Spanish-speaking attorneys in South Dakota, Cesar gives a voice to South Dakotans and individuals throughout the Midwest whose needs have gone unmet for too long. Cesar advises business and governmental entities in cases where the accuracy and content of Spanish communications are important. He works with business owners, executives, and HR professionals to facilitate the accurate communication of personnel policies and procedures to Spanish-speaking employees. Cesar focuses primarily on employment law and civil litigation cases, as well as expanding the firm’s thriving corporate and business law practice. He works to anticipate and prevent legal issues in employment and corporate law by advising businesses and corporations through extensive planning and strategy to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. He finds creative solutions to efficiently and effectively resolve complex cases. Cesar works to resolve his clients' cases in a cost-effective and timely manner, but as an experienced trial attorney, he is ready to fight for the best interests of his clients through litigation when necessary. Your rights are worth it.

Governmental entities have previously retained Cesar to help create forms and written policies for persons primarily fluent in only Spanish. Businesses and corporations throughout the United States hire Cesar to communicate with and manage international attorneys when they require representation outside of the United States in Spanish-speaking countries.

Cesar says, “I became a lawyer because I saw a growing need for legal services in the Spanish-speaking community, and was fascinated by the legal system in the United States and by the public’s respect for the legal profession. I enjoy solving problems and helping businesses thrive through having a united work culture and diversity inclusion.”
