As one of a handful of fluent Spanish-speaking attorneys in South Dakota, Cesar advises business and governmental entities in cases where the accuracy and content of Spanish communications are important. Governmental entities have previously retained Cesar to help create forms and written policies for persons primarily fluent in only Spanish. Businesses and corporations throughout the United States hire him to communicate with and manage international attorneys when they require representation outside of the United States in Spanish-speaking countries.

Cesar’s “Why”
Cesar enjoys spending time with his wife Liz and his many nieces and nephews. Cesar is the youngest of nine children and says, “I was the baby of the family until my nieces and nephews came along.”
In his free time, you can find him playing soccer with his coed team (Cesar was a soccer star in high school), working on do-it-yourself home improvement projects, tending to his vegetable garden, or actively participating in community organizations.
