Regina Meradith is an Omaha estate planning and probate attorney for Goosmann Law Firm’s Trust Law Counsel program which is a boutique estate and business succession planning department. From the get-go of her matters Regina helps her clients feel comfortable and secure in their estate planning and family legacy goals.

Regina is eager to work with individuals, families, business owners, financial advisors, and insurance companies to navigate the world of estate planning. She is a compassionate attorney who listens to her client’s needs so she can design an estate plan that fulfills their objectives, while minimizing probate and the impact of estate, gift and other taxes. Helping people transfer and protect their assets is at the heart of what she does.

Regina can help you with all aspects of estate planning, including the use of revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. In addition, she also assists clients during the difficult process of probate that can occur after a loved one passes.

Regina’s “Why”

Regina has two grown sons. She likes to exercise, cook, travel and spend time with family and friends. Fun fact: Regina is a Florida gator, but she happens to also bleed Husker red.
