Andrea Hardesty is an Associate Attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate family law and estate planning matters with compassion and strategic advocacy. She understands the challenges families face during legal proceedings and works to provide clarity, stability, and thoughtful solutions to protect their futures.

Andrea earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Drake University Law School, where she was recognized with the CALI Award for Excellence in Estate Planning and the K.M. Waggoner Peer Mentor Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Legal Studies, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, Andrea assists clients with divorce, custody, guardianships, adoption, and estate administration. She takes a client-centered approach, aiming to ease the stress and emotional burden that often come with legal matters. Whether representing clients in court or drafting important legal documents, she provides guidance tailored to each individual’s needs.

In addition to her legal practice, Andrea is committed to education and professional development. She previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at UNO, helping students connect legal principles to real-world applications. She is also involved in professional leadership programs such as the NSBA Leadership Academy and the UNO Young Alumni Academy.
