Our team at Goosmann supports the growth and development of our attorneys from new ideas, innovative tactics, strategic business ideas, expanding practices, and working together to best serve our clients. Our team of attorneys get the opportunity to work in multiple locations, up and down the I-29 corridor in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Sioux City, Iowa, and Omaha, Nebraska. We offer flexible work schedules and develop ways our attorneys can expand their practice throughout the Midwest.

To help ensure our firm culture is alive and vibrant throughout our team and locations we created Goosmann University, a comprehensive development initiative to increase capability and effectiveness of our people across disciplines and practice areas. We also take time each year for an attorney retreat to focus on attorney development, team building, and continuing legal education. Past attorney retreats have been held in New York, San Francisco, Okoboji, and Grand Falls Casino and Resort. These events energize our team and create networking opportunities that our attorneys look forward to and are excited to be a part of!
