Madelyn Kline is an associate attorney at Goosmann Law Firm’s Sioux Falls office, focusing on employment and family law. Before joining Goosmann Law Firm, Madelyn gained diverse legal experience as a legal intern at the Minnehaha County Public Defender’s Office, where she tackled criminal law cases, drafted legal motions, and conducted in-depth research. Her past professional experience includes roles in accounting and management at Daktronics and Splash Central Waterpark, respectively, showcasing her adaptability and leadership in various environments.

Madelyn holds a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, where she distinguished herself academically. She was actively involved in the Women in Law Board and other student organizations. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from South Dakota State University, with minors in Accounting and Human Resources. Her passion for law, combined with her HR experience, allows her to provide sound counsel for employment matters and family-related legal disputes.
